HANS and igility are seeking a transformational President and Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through an exciting phase of growth and reimagining, with a strong commitment to long-term success.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for:

  1. Providing inspiring leadership through effective communication, accessibility, and shared vision.
  2. Setting a positive tone and proposing innovative ways to enhance programs and services for members.
  3. Planning and approving all strategic and operational programs.
  4. Aligning business processes with organizational goals and objectives.
  5. Leading the development of strategies, goals, and objectives.
  6. Fostering a culture of innovation and openness within the senior leadership team.
  7. Implementing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  8. Enhancing organizational effectiveness by understanding program interrelations.
  9. Supporting the Board and leadership in maintaining a reputation for excellence and innovative service delivery.
  10. Developing and overseeing policies within the governance framework set by the Board.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You have a proven track record in leading system-wide change within complex, multi-partner environments, with a commitment to sustaining long-term change. You excel at building and motivating engaged, innovative, and collaborative teams and have experience working with boards. You are a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills, capable of establishing trusted relationships with the board, members, and partners across government, industry, and community sectors. You possess strong leadership skills in people management, operations, and finance, and are proficient in leveraging digital tools, data, and trends. A visionary and strategic thinker, you can anticipate future trends and translate them into actionable strategies. Experience or understanding of the healthcare sector, non-profits, and their funding models is advantageous. You are energized by the prospect of leading organizational transformation and expanding services to support organizations across the healthcare continuum, contributing positively to social determinants of health.
