Our transformation risk and advisory practice focuses on assisting clients undergoing large transformations ($100 Mil - $5 bil) by providing services such as transformation strategy, risk management, and program management. The core of our team is to ensure the success of these large programs by integrating people, process, and technology from "strategy to execution". Meaningful work you'll be part of

As a Transformation Risk & Advisory Program Management Office Manager, you'll work with a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and implementing program governance and management strategies.
  2. Supporting the rollout of best practice program management services, such as benefits realization and quality assurance.
  3. Supporting the setup of the PMO, developing and executing integrated program plans, and managing large projects.
  4. Engaging with senior program leadership and developing responses to client proposals.
  5. Seeking opportunities to develop new skills and improve existing ones.
  6. Gathering evidence, interpreting it, and recommending improvements to clients.
  7. Coaching team members and fostering ownership of development.
  8. Staying updated on industry developments and upholding the firm's ethics.
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Hands-on experience with large transformation program management.
  • Experience supporting complex system implementations.
  • Ability to establish and manage Program Offices and governance processes.
  • Proficiency in project assessments, health checks, and gateway reviews.
  • Consulting experience and familiarity with the sales cycle.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, etc.
  • Understanding of project management processes, tools, and industry-specific applications.
  • Self-motivation, client service orientation, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and influence.
  • A Security Clearance is mandatory; please review eligibility requirements before applying.
Additional Information

The salary range for this position in BC is $82,300 - $137,000, plus potential bonuses. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. PwC offers a competitive total rewards package, flexible work arrangements, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
