Overview

As a Transformation Manager, you will be a key driver of value creation within the Compass-NL Health Services Vested Support Services Agreement. This role is responsible for executing transformation initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, innovation, and cost savings through process optimization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing stewardship and operationalizing the transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with our Vested agreement, including governance, desired outcomes, objectives, and pricing.
  • Managing the full transformation lifecycle from idea intake to value realization.

You will also:

  • Manage multiple priorities by understanding operational dynamics and fostering strong relationships across teams.
  • Implement structured project portfolio management to sustain initiatives and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee project intake, evaluation, planning, tracking, and reporting, supporting committees and operational departments.
  • Develop management and measurement frameworks.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively to ensure mutual understanding of goals, resources, constraints, risks, and results.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Project Management, LEAN/Six Sigma, or Change Management are assets.
  • 5-7 years of experience in transformation, innovation, operational excellence, or contract performance.
  • Experience working in environments with shared accountability or public-private partnerships.
  • Proven ability in project tracking, data analysis, and structured reporting on operational cost savings.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional engagement skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Financial acumen to understand cost drivers, ROI, and shared value concepts.
  • A strategic mindset with tactical delivery capabilities.
  • Self-motivation and a keen desire to learn.
