We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced Transformation Lead to drive critical strategic initiatives and represent Operations on the U.S. Retirement projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating transformation programs from conception to successful execution, ensuring alignment with our overarching OKRs and business objectives and delivering tangible, measurable results.
This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary person who thrives on challenging the status quo, empowering teams, and navigating the complexities of organizational change within our fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in transforming the future of our operations through operational efficiencies and automation as well as enhancing customer experiences and driving sustainable growth. In a rapidly changing environment, this individual will need the ability to multi-task and work with multiple stakeholders to ensure the needs of the business are being met. They must be able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, Operations management, and value stream members. Furthermore the energy to learn new tools as we approach the world of AI for operations.

HybridSalary range is expected to be between
$68,775.00 CAD - $114,625.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
