This role may be for you….

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced Transformation Lead to drive critical strategic initiatives and represent Operations on the U.S. Retirement projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating transformation programs from conception to successful execution, ensuring alignment with our overarching OKRs and business objectives and delivering tangible, measurable results.

This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary person who thrives on challenging the status quo, empowering teams, and navigating the complexities of organizational change within our fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in transforming the future of our operations through operational efficiencies and automation as well as enhancing customer experiences and driving sustainable growth. The individual must be able to multi-task, work with multiple stakeholders, and build strong relationships across teams, including Operations management and value stream members. Additionally, a willingness to learn new tools, including AI for operations, is essential.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 to 10+ years’ experience working in the financial industry
  • Strong knowledge of Retirement business, operations, regulatory environments, and market trends, preferably U.S. Retirement
  • Experience with U.S. retirement systems
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders (operations, product, marketing, compliance, risk)
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Results-driven self-starter
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and persuade without authority
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with high integrity and sound judgment
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and change management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The opportunity

  • Contribute as the Transformation Lead on Canadian Retirement Value streams to support Operations in product development
  • Represent all workstreams within Operations (Contact Centre, Member Processing, Sponsor Services, Payroll)
  • Engage with Subject Matter Experts to provide insights and support data-driven decisions
  • Improve and execute business processes across teams to meet stakeholder needs
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships
  • Innovate and address various operational challenges
  • Manage multiple requests and meet deadlines

$68,775.00 CAD - $114,625.00 CAD
