A leading healthcare provider is seeking a dynamic Transformation Manager to oversee multiple improvement projects within their Trust. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management, exceptional communication skills, and a strong background in project management. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Stockport NHS Foundation Trust Transformation Team supporting our acute and community services with a variety of productivity, efficiency, quality and safety improvement programmes. We are looking for a dynamic Band 8a Transformation Manager who is highly motivated and innovative to join a dynamic team and lead on several improvement projects concurrently across the Trust. It is a site based role with a maximum of 1 day per week working from home.
Successful applicants are required to have experience of projects and change management. They will need to be organised, show enthusiasm, demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills to ensure high standards are continuously met. They will be leading on up to four programmes of work at any one time.
