The mission of the Operations Department is to strategically develop and scale each business area with world-class infrastructure, enhancing existing functions and introducing new capabilities through a methodical yet entrepreneurial approach.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the Operations team at Aritzia, which is responsible for the strategic development and scaling of our business through world-class operational solutions. As an Intern in Operations, you will be an internal consultant, embedded directly within an area of our business, enhancing existing functions and introducing new capabilities by defining target operating models, designing & building business processes, and developing the frameworks & tools that drive scalability. With a methodical and entrepreneurial approach, you will play a valuable role in delivering transformational solutions that enable the business to operate effectively. The Intern, Operations has/is:
Aritzia’s Transformation Management Office offers you an experience unlike any other by giving you the opportunity to not only work on high-priority projects but also see the results of their implementation and impact. The Transformation Management Office provides the unique advantage of gaining in-depth knowledge of the various components of our business to help deliver meaningful solutions as we seek to scale.
Help answer the business’ most pressing questions, such as:

Conducting workshops with department heads
Working cross-functionally to identify opportunities and create roadmaps
Learn about the intricacies of different business departments and how they can operate optimally

Develop your hard skills such as strategic thinking and analytical prowess, coupled with soft skills such as business partner management and effective communication

Location: Aritzia’s Vancouver Support Campus located in Vancouver, BC
Successful candidates must be able to work at the primary work location and self-relocate if necessary
