ARITZIA, a global Everyday Luxury brand, is offering a Business Finance Internship in Vancouver, BC. You will support the development of strategic financial insights, learn financial planning, and partner with teams across the organization to drive smart business decisions.
The program runs May 10–July 30, 2027 (12 weeks). Applicants are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program with interest in finance, accounting, or business and a passion for fashion.

The mission of the Business Finance Department is to maximize Aritzia’s financial performance with an entrepreneurial mindset.
This is a unique opportunity to join the Business Finance Department, where you will be part of the team responsible for producing insightful financial analysis to optimize Aritzia’s financial assets and business decisions. As an Intern in Business Finance, you will contribute to Aritzia’s future growth by supporting the development of strategic financial insights and solutions to support the growing business. As one of our business support functions, this is a special opportunity to develop subject matter expertise in a core business area as you grow your financial analysis skills. Our goal is that you will come out of your internship inspired, with meaningful experience and an enhanced skill set you can carry forward into your bright future.
Gain firsthand exposure to how a leading retail business is managed from a financial perspective. Develop a strong understanding of the key drivers, metrics, and insights that inform strategic decision-making, while building analytical, financial planning, and business partnering skills. Learn how Finance helps maximize growth and drive smart business decisions across the organization. Develop your financial and business acumen Build an understanding of the key financial drivers, KPIs, and performance metrics that shape business decisions Analyze operational reporting and identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities across the business Support improvements to forecasting, planning, and financial models to drive greater accuracy and efficiency Gain exposure to financial planning processes and how business performance is measured and evaluated Partner across the business to drive informed decision-making Collaborate with teams across the organization to gain broad business exposure and perspective Support financial analysis that translates data into actionable insights and recommendations Participate in cross-functional forecasting, budgeting, and planning discussions Help evaluate business opportunities, identify trends, and uncover insights that support strategic priorities Develop skills in financial analysis, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and business partnering.
