Job summary

PwC UK in Ontario seeks a Manager to lead transfer pricing work for financial services clients, delivering policy support, documentation and enquiries. You will manage diverse client portfolios, guide senior and junior staff, and collaborate across global teams to generate high-value insights.

You will drive business development, nurture trusted client relationships, and contribute to innovative advisory projects within a flexible, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, mainly within the Financial Services space.
• Deliver a variety of technical projects, from transfer pricing policy support through to documentation and enquiries.
• Apply a curious mindset and analytical approach to solve complex client problems.
• Take a lead on all aspects of financial management of clients.
• Lead business development activities to help identify and grow opportunities with clients.
• Coordinate input from specialists across our global network to deliver great outcomes for clients.
• Train, coach and supervise more junior team members.

What Your Days Will Look Like

As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

• Proactively managing a portfolio of clients, mainly within the Financial Services space
• Managing the delivery of a variety of technical projects, from transfer pricing policy support through to documentation and enquiries

• Coordinating input from specialists across our global network to deliver great outcomes for our clients

This Role Is For You If

• You have previous experience of advising financial services clients on transfer pricing. Wider experience of other corporate tax or related international issues would also be an advantage
• You have a track record of managing the delivery of quality work for clients; demonstrating a thorough understanding of the client's business and relevant professional standards
• You are able to establish and maintain trusted client relationships
• You have previous experience of managing a varied portfolio of clients and projects including all aspects of financial and risk management
• You have the ability to plan and manage the delivery of work against tight deadlines
