This role offers exposure to high-profile domestic and international transactions across diverse sectors, including regulated utilities, transport, renewable and alternative energy (such as wind, solar, electric vehicle infrastructure, and energy from waste), and technology infrastructure (data centres, fibre networks, and more).
As a member of our dedicated tax team, you will help clients understand the impact of tax as a key value driver in transactions. Acting as a strategic consultant, you’ll advise on structuring deals to meet commercial objectives while ensuring compliance with tax obligations.
The deal-based nature of the work means you’ll collaborate closely with leading investment banks, legal advisors, and PwC colleagues across Transaction Services and other teams. You’ll also work with PwC professionals globally, building a trusted network that supports the delivery of innovative, best-in-class solutions for clients.
