Job summary

U‑Haul is seeking Transfer Drivers to help move equipment between centers, dealerships and repair shops in Port Moody. You will document transfers, inspect equipment and maintain driver logs to ensure accurate records and on-time service for customers.

Transfer Driver Primary Responsibilities:

• Fill in receipt and intake paperwork electronically.
• Transport U‑Haul equipment between U‑Haul centers, dealerships and the repair shop.

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
