Transfer Center Coordinator

Overview

Works with a multidisciplinary team to support day-to-day management of transfers into FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital. Will be responsible for collecting pertinent demographic data, determining and utilizing real-time data entry, and providing FirstComm staff with all the necessary information for transports.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
2. Requires current LPN license.
3. Current certification in BCLS, ITLS or PHTLS, ACLS, PALS; Instructor preferred.
4. Current valid NC or SC driver's license (as appropriate) with a good driving history.
5. Requires 5 years full-time experience in an LPN position.
6. 1 year experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred.
