What you will do

• Close transactions in Broker Wolf and TRX simultaneously.
• Determine transaction eligibility for eXpress Pay and update funding sheets accordingly.
• Confirm agent and team splits.
• Maintain up-to-date productivity records.
• Ensure all documentation is complete before closing transactions.
• Verify dates and allocations in all platforms prior to closing.
• Communicate transaction statuses to agents and departments.
• Participate in meetings and team collaborations.
• Adhere to company policies, including data security and confidentiality.
• Complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Engage in ongoing training and self-development.
• Collaborate with team members using remote tools.
• Take initiative and own assigned responsibilities.
