Job summary

Best Buy Canada in Brampton is hiring a Transactions Associate to join our Home Delivery team. You will accurately process online and in-store transactions, handle exchanges and returns, and support customers with privacy and data-security in every interaction.

If you have at least 6 months in customer service or administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

As a Transactions Associate, you will be part of a collaborative team that plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be responsible for accurately processing online transactions, special services, and customer requests while ensuring privacy, accuracy, and efficiency in every interaction.

Availability Requirements

Monday to Friday (8:00am to 4:30pm EST) Due to business needs, schedules may change.

What you’ll do as a Transactions Associate

• Process customer transactions using Best Buy systems, including OIS, POS, RMS, RIP, and HDS.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information while handling sensitive data with a high level of confidentiality.
• Process online transactions such as exchanges, returns, cancellations, recycling requests, and special services.
• Support services including Geek Squad warranty claims, appliance installations, and other customer-related requests.
• Utilize daily system-generated reports to manage and process orders efficiently.
• Meet established service level agreements, productivity targets, and turnaround times.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and
• escalate issues when appropriate.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the broader Home Delivery team as required.
• Maintain compliance with all privacy, security, and operational standards.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of integrity and commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Ability to meet deadlines and performance expectations consistently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is considered an asset.

Base pay range
