Job summary

iA is seeking a Transaction Technician to process redemption requests and transactions for individual annuity contracts. You will code and update information in computer systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance of documentation.

This role emphasizes meticulousness, autonomy, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. On-site daily, with a hybrid environment support and a focus on developing within the savings and retirement space.

The typical hiring range for this position is between $50,000 and $55,000; base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
