This is a hybrid role based out of our Downtown Toronto office
About the role
As part of the Enterprise Clients team, you will support several strategic Client accounts nationally, regionally and globally. In this role, you will provide market intelligence and proactive advice while managing transactions such as Acquisitions, Dispositions, Sales, Subleases, etc. Be part of a team that strives for ongoing improvement, providing best in class tools, technology and process disciplines.
What you bring
2+ years coordination experience with commercial real estate.
Technology proficiency in MS Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Strong skills in the following areas: business management, human relations, financial analysis, budgeting, relationship building, time management, planning and organizing, written and verbal communications.
