Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Training Standards Developer to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide an OSINT Learning Management System (LMS) application to enhance the current OSINT Basic Course (OBC) through online virtual delivery, creating a synthetic training environment to simulate real-world OSINT activities.
• Monitor training events, provide feedback on instructional material, and advise the learning manager on curriculum updates.
• Propose and monitor training standards.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, Master's with 8+ years, or PhD/JD with 5+ years.
• Experience delivering programs to customers and managing performance of tasks or projects within larger programs, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and managing technical, schedule, and financial performance.
• Ability to define or contribute to program baselines and execute to meet requirements, managing risks, customer relationships, and staffing.
• Knowledge of quality standards compliance and escalation procedures.
• Skills in planning, developing, and implementing program baselines, resource management, variance analysis, and process development.
• TS/SCI Clearance with SCI eligibility required.
