Reports to Manager, Training - this position is for a 9-12 month term.
What you will do:
· Provide support to the Training Department
· Maintain and work within the Learning Management and Learning Content Systems
· Assist in the development and creation of new training materials, programs, modules
· Maintain and update records/files and provide administrative support
· Coordinate, schedule and deliver training
· Prepare new hire orientation packages
· Aid in the training and development of employees through the use of the Learning Management and Learning Content Systems
What you will bring:
· A degree/diploma in Business, Education, HR or other related field preferred
· 2 - 5 years of Learning Management Systems (LMS) training and background in a training specific role would be asset.
· Certificate in Adult Education preferred
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Superior interpersonal and communication skills
· Team player attitude
