Under the general guidance of the Manager, the Training Specialist plans, develops, and facilitates or delivers end user training on improved processes and supporting suite of solutions or technologies. The Training Specialist is responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing learning materials, evaluating, and managing all phases of end user training. The role requires strategic perspective and a broad understanding of business operations, supporting stakeholders in understanding and adapting to new processes and solutions.
