The Opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as a Training Solutions Specialist supporting the Dealer and Insurance division. In this role, you will contribute to the content development of training solutions and programs, directly impacting the growth and effectiveness of our Advisors and their teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and improve training modules and materials for advisor programs.
- Review training materials annually, including onboarding programs, job aids, and educational videos.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations.
- Manage logistics for training events, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Stay updated on training and adult learning trends to incorporate innovative methods.
- Respond to inquiries from the shared inbox promptly.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate training into broader strategies.
- Manage multiple projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and standards.
- Engage with leadership and partners for updates and feedback.
- Support team members in preparing for both in-person and virtual training.
- Travel may be required for this role.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Adult Learning, Education, Instructional Design, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of training development experience, preferably in a corporate or advisory setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and experience with LMS.
- Ability to design and implement instructional materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with e-learning and virtual training methods.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- Bilingual in French is an asset.
