  • Build a wider learning strategy that combines both self-learning and instructive / taught learning environments, to create a culture of continued growth and enhancing mindsets
  • Create and develop training materials including presentations, playbooks, e-learning modules, and assessments.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions focused on company culture, product knowledge, and outbound methodology
  • Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions
  • Manage training delivery rota’s & content leaders – leading on all content delivery whilst utilising internal people when needed
  • Continuously evaluate the roadmap for increasing client delivery taking into consideration both historical, and capacity available in the respective offices, whilst identifying challenges, risks and solutions
  • Partner with Commercial, Client Services and People Teams to ensure the strategy for unlocking growth is aligned to the delivery capabilities and strategic business priorities
  • Ensure all learning initiatives promote inclusivity and diversity in line with proLeaders values, and create and inclusive and encouraging space for all participants

  • Oversee training of Senior Associates, Project Leads and Managers
  • Create focus group sessions to promote knowledge sharing and best practices
