About this opportunity:

Reporting to the Operations Training Team Lead, the Training Document Management Administrator plays an integral role in managing the training records for all personnel based at the Lloydminster Upgrader and participates in the coordination of training events and onboarding activities for the Operations department. The successful candidate is detail and process oriented, resilient and adaptable to a changing work priorities.

Work Environment:

  • This position is located in Lloydminster and requires the successful candidate to live in the area

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records to support Human Reliability and Operational Excellence at the site
  • Monitor training compliance, generate regular reports, and proactively identify upcoming training requirements
  • Use Workday to manage and report on training activities
  • Serve as a key point of contact with external regulatory agencies, such as the Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan (TSASK)
  • Foster strong collaboration and communication with the corporate Learning Services team
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth training operations

Who you are:

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience
  • Experience working with Workday Learning Management System (LMS) is an asset
  • Experience using SAP is an asset

We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.

For this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines. A driver's abstract will be one of the background checks requested in the pre-employment screening for the final candidate
