Purpose of the Role :
The Training & Development Specialist plays a key role in coordinating onboarding and ongoing training initiatives, ensuring a seamless and impactful learning experience for employees and Advisors. This position is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing comprehensive learning and development programs that foster professional growth and strengthen core competencies across the division. As we build out Nicola University—our internal learning platform—this role brings critical expertise to optimize training strategies and support both new hire integration and continuous development ("everboarding") throughout the employee lifecycle.

Compensation & Benefits Package :
This position comes with a base salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 plus a competitive performance bonus, RRSP contribution and participation in our profit-sharing program. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
