Contract will be until March 31, 2025 (with possible extension) or until the next Ontario General Election.
JOB SUMMARY
The New Democratic Party of Ontario requires a Training Coordinator as part of the Organization Team.
Reporting to the Director of Organization, this temporary full-time position will have the primary responsibility for ensuring that Ontario NDP campaigners across the province are trained on election tools like Populus, Mobilize, CallHub, and Agnes, and that users are provided with excellent support.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a full-time temporary position as per Article 5, Section 5.01.3(b), compensated as per Appendix IV of the ONDP Collective Agreement. The ONDP has an office at 2069 Lakeshore Blvd West. The successful applicant will be based in the GTA and may be required to work evenings and weekends.

In the event that a candidate is asked to prepare a presentation or assignment for an interview, the ONDP will financially compensate the candidate for that work at a rate equal to the hourly rate for the position, based on the number of hours the hiring committee believes the task should take.

Compensation: This position is as per the Collective Agreement Article 5.01 (b) and Temporary Level B Campaign Organizer of the Collective Agreement. Salary starts at $49,070.24 prorated for the period of the contract.
