Air Inuit is seeking a Training Coordinator within Ground Operations to oversee trainer scheduling, content maintenance, and IMS participation. The role ensures up-to-date training tools and manuals and supports continuous improvement across the network.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years in aviation training, strong organizational skills, and fluency in French/English, with Inuktitut as an asset. Based in Nunavik, some travel to bases is expected.

Reporting to Ground Operations, the Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating and monitoring training activities across the network. They ensure the planning of trainer schedules, the maintenance of training tools and content, and updates to the Ground Operations Manual. In collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, they contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and actively participate in the company’s Integrated Management System to support safe, efficient operations that comply with established standards.
