Must haves:

• The ability to demonstrate practical knowledge and experience in delivering technical training
• eLearning authoring, including instructional design and development
• Experience with designing and delivering training courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, MS Office Suite, and others

Scope

• Develop and deliver training for CE & F&O configured environments
• Provide Microsoft Dynamics CE – F&O application and product training to both technical and non-technical users
• Create content in various formats to support training and change management needs
• Design content following standards for inclusive, plain language, user-centered design
• Develop, design, and deliver training materials for diverse user groups
• Conduct Training Needs Assessment, Analysis, and Planning
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs
• Integrate self-paced and instructor-led training approaches within the Training Sandbox environment
• Deliver system feature demonstrations to business users
• Design storyboards and develop digital training content based on business processes, system test cases, workflows, etc.
