Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a Training and Compliance Instructor to lead First Aid and safety training, including OSHA, CPR and related topics. You will deliver engaging courses and ensure participants meet program standards.

In addition to training, you will sell and schedule courses, upsell safety products, and coordinate with the service team to maintain customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $70,000 - $120,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs.
