Description du Poste

As a Product Deployment Specialist, your role involves supporting clinic staff in optimally using our web-based EMR, PLEXIA, ensuring successful implementation tailored to each clinic's needs. Your work will significantly impact clinical processes and improve healthcare delivery.

You will join a multidisciplinary team responsible for onboarding new clients and guiding them in adopting our care management solutions.

Your Mission
  1. Be an integral part of the onboarding team by helping to define the needs of new customers.
  2. Plan and prepare the technological infrastructure required for product deployment.
  3. Implement functional interfaces necessary for deploying our products.
  4. Develop IT clinical processes related to deployment to ensure optimal use of our EMR.
  5. Participate in remote (80%) and on-site (20%) project deployments, depending on size or complexity, using tailored tools.
  6. Prepare and conduct advanced training sessions for clinic staff.
  7. Organize Q&A sessions for clients at clinics.
  8. Design presentations and prepare project reports.
  9. Support clients throughout the deployment process.
  10. Apply corrective and preventive interventions to improve clinical processes.
Qualifications
  1. Post-secondary studies in health, education, health software, project management, or relevant experience.
  2. 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong organizational skills and ability to structure work plans.
  4. Excellent customer service skills and thoroughness.
  5. Ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships and recognize complex emotions.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Working Conditions
  1. Contract: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours/week.
  2. Work mode: Hybrid or remote; candidates must be located in the Vancouver area.
  3. Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a car; travel will be required.
  4. Schedule flexibility and availability to travel throughout British Columbia.
  5. Salary: $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
  6. Travel and car allowance included.
