Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking an Installation Training Advisor to shape the skills and success of our installation teams across North America. You will develop, deliver, and continuously improve training programs while promoting best practices throughout the organization.

The role requires strong training delivery, coaching, and facilitation abilities, plus the flexibility to travel frequently across Canada and the U.S. to support installers and branches.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to groups or individuals.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Canada and the United States.
• Bilingual fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs across branches and identify gaps.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain onboarding and training programs for installers.
• Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person, virtual, webinar).
• Establish and promote installation best practices and standard procedures.
• Support Branch Leaders with onboarding, coaching, and development of installation teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on installation processes, techniques, and tools.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

What is the ideal profile?

• Experience delivering training, coaching employees, or facilitating knowledge transfer is a strong asset.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong hands-on aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment.
• Strong ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Available for frequent travel across Canada and the United States.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written.

As an Installation Training Advisor, what will your responsibilities be?
