A national broadcasting organization is seeking a Training Advisor to lead the implementation of training for Oracle Fusion. This hybrid role requires designing curriculum, delivering training, and collaborating with business leaders. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and over five years of training experience, particularly in blended learning environments. The Senior Training Advisor will lead the complete lifecycle of training activities for the new Oracle Fusion implementation. This includes but is not limited to: conducting needs analysis, designing curriculum, delivering training, and evaluating program effectiveness. The Senior Training Advisor will collaborate directly with business leaders. This role will lead key training initiatives to prepare users for the new software and associated operational processes. The Senior Training Advisor will blend instructional design and project management to support business objectives.
This is a contractual position until June 30, 2026.
