Job Description
The Operations Trainer is responsible for providing onboarding training for employees in the Centre of Excellence and / or regional Purolator locations. The trainer will partner closely with key stakeholders including L&D,Operations, and Human Resources to identify and deliver refresher training opportunities for new and existing employees. This role will provide coaching, mentoring, and evaluation and will be influential in building and developing our team.
