Softchoice AI Solutions Group is seeking a Trainer, Workplace AI Consulting. This position will require a person with French and English bilingual communications skills

The Trainer, Workplace AI Consulting is a customer-facing role and is a critical role within the AI Solutions organization to help drive the successful delivery of Workplace AI Consulting projects. The Workplace AI Consulting team delivers on professional services adoption and change management engagements focused primarily in the areas of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft 365 Copilot.

What you'll do :

Project Delivery and Execution

• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and objectives.
• Design and develop training plans.
• Design and develop end-user enablement content, including facilitated learning, instructor-led learning, reference materials, and user instructions as needed.
• Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions for customers.
• Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards, are completed on time, and stay within budget.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through user feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their Workplace AI needs.

Partner with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for service expansion and deliver compelling value propositions.

Practice Development

Contribute to cross-team efforts to evolve and refine AI Solutions methodologies and deliverables.

Identify opportunities to improve content, delivery models, and methodologies for Workplace AI Consulting projects.

Surface insights and industry trends to help our AI Solutions delivery resources to expand and evolve our offerings.

What you'll bring to the table :

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in technology training, consulting, professional services, or related roles.

Expertise in AI, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot, or business management / change management including hands-on experience with AI solutions and / or technology-related change management.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong attention to detail, skilled at prioritization of tasks, and ability to manage time against multiple projects simultaneously.

French / English bilingualism

Ability to travel, likely no more than 15% of the time.
