About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Service Advisor to join the team at Honda Rockdale on a full-time basis. As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

You will be trained to perform the following :

• Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face-to-face
• Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
• Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
• Communicating with internal department teams to ensure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
• Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt, solution-based outcomes
• Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs

Requirements for the role will involve the following :
