Overview

Are you a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused professional with a passion for sales? We’re looking for a proactive Sales Advisor to join our team, specialising in canvassing and generating new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll play a key part in growing our Estate Agency’s presence, building strong client relationships, and driving local success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is looking to build a long-term career—this role is the first step on the path to becoming a Property Valuer.

As a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Croydon, you will receive:

  • £25,000 basic salary

Your journey begins with a week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, which includes:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay during training in Colchester
  • A second week of training within your first five to six weeks

As a Sales Adviser, your impact will include:

  • Meeting all business targets
  • Managing valuation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways
  • Proactive communication via ROSIE software for valuation opportunities
  • Fulfilling call-out campaigns and maintaining ROSIE standards
  • Preparing for morning meetings with updates on valuation pipelines
  • Leading door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies
  • Using ROSIE to manage leads and opportunities effectively
  • Engaging in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media and leaflet distribution
  • Handling inbound calls to fulfill applicant registrations and identify opportunities
  • Encouraging customer reviews and building brand reputation
