Westland Insurance Group in O'Leary, PE is seeking a Trainee Insurance Advisor to start your journey in client-focused insurance services. You’ll join a supportive team that values growth, licensing progression, and hands-on training.

You’ll complete a six-week training program with licensing support, have your licensing costs covered, and enjoy a flexible, open workplace with opportunities to advance into an Insurance Advisor role.

Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee, Insurance Advisor at our office in O'Leary, PE. Do you love to provide exceptional client service? Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $21.28 on a 35-hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement.

Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing. As a Trainee you will:

• Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
• Be provided with a training plan to ensure you’re fully supported throughout the six-week training period and beyond
