We’re searching for a Trainee - Insurance Advisor. Are you searching for new possibilities?

Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee - Insurance Advisor at our Dawson Creek, BC location. Do you love to provide exceptional client service? If so, you will love working for Westland! We are looking for a career-minded individual who is focused on growing their career in insurance.

Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $20.41 on a 37.5-hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but depends on individual achievement.

Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing. As a Trainee, you will:

• Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
• Be provided with a training plan to ensure you’re fully supported throughout the six-week training period and beyond
