Job summary

MasterTech in Delta, BC seeks Licensed Trailer Technicians to join a growing fleet maintenance team, servicing trailers at customer locations including Abbotsford. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Dry Vans, Flatbeds, Heaters, and Reefer units, supported by a company mobile service truck for Abbotsford residents.

Preferred requirements include a valid 310J or 310T license, hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, plus the ability to troubleshoot

Qualifications

• Hold a valid 310J or 310T Technician License and trailer repair experience.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, braking, suspension, and structural systems, including component replacement.
• Complete welding, fabrication, and body repair while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to work independently in a mobile service environment, lifting up to 85 lbs.

Job description

Licensed Trailer Technicians are needed to join a growing fleet maintenance team in Delta BC, even as far as Abbotsford. This role offers the opportunity to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of trailers and equipment. Technicians will service a range of trailer types: Dry Vans, Flatbeds, Heaters, Reefer units, etc. A company-issued fully equipped mobile service truck is available for those residing in Abbotsford; seeking a resident technician role.

• $32.00 - $42.00/hour based on experience

Shift/Schedule:

• Afternoon Shift; 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• 4 x 10 hour shifts per week OR
• Days Shift; 7:00am - 4:30pm
• Monday to Friday with flexible start times

Preferred Requirements:
