Job summary

All-Equip is seeking a Labourer to join our on-site manufacturing team in St. Marys, ON. The role focuses on assembling parts, installing components, wiring, and building trailers from the ground up with guidance from experienced fabricators.

You will follow drawings, use hand and power tools, and work closely with a team to ensure quality and timely production. The position is full-time, day shift, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• MUST have a valid Canadian work permit.
• Mechanically inclined — comfortable working with tools and equipment.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools required.
• Ability to follow drawings and instructions.
• Comfortable working independently and with a team.
• Physically capable of working in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset.
• Commitment to safe work practices and proper PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and install components according to drawings and instructions.
• Run wiring and lines following pre-drawings and layout requirements.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to complete trailer builds.
• Assemble Platinum Trailers Grain trailers and support related fabrication tasks.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow production priorities and complete tasks on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all PPE and safety requirements.
• Communicate clearly with leads and team members regarding job status and issues.
