Join us to apply for the Traffic Engineer / Technologist role at Dillon Consulting Limited .

This position is available at any of our offices within Ontario, offering flexible work hours and hybrid work arrangements .

Responsibilities

Contribute to transportation / traffic planning and design projects such as traffic analysis, parking reviews, road safety audits, signage and pavement marking reviews, neighbourhood traffic management, and transportation demand management.

Support technical staff and project managers in project delivery for public and private clients.

Provide technical expertise within multidisciplinary teams, including planners, engineers, environmental scientists, and technologists.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

Degree in civil engineering, urban planning, or a related diploma with a transportation focus.

Qualified or eligible to practice in Ontario as a Professional Engineer, Registered Professional Planner, or Certified Engineering Technologist.

Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience.

Strong report writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Experience

Interest and experience in transportation impact studies, parking studies, road safety, traffic calming, traffic control warrants, traffic engineering software, active transportation, TDM programs, environmental assessments, and innovative transportation technologies.
