Job description

Autoport Limited is looking for a Traffic and Customer Service Administrator at its facility located in Eastern Passage!

The Traffic and Customer Service Administrator is responsible for completing administrative duties related to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) requests and ship arrivals, while ensuring that customer vehicles are shipped in a timely manner.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain and update the internal system with information about incoming vehicles, vessels, customs, and other pertinent information.

Complete inventory audit reports to ensure that the internal system is up-to-date.

Advise interdepartmental supervisors and / or managers of incoming vessels and their quantities.

Release VINs as per customer specifications; add or complete holds per request.

Create and distribute all billing related to ships to the appropriate parties.

Advise customers of units requiring repair.

Utilize external systems for data and reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements

Post-secondary education in office / business administration

Minimum of 2 years customer service experience

A combination of education and experience may be considered

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (French an asset)

Good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel / Word)

High level of interpersonal skills, organization, integrity, and confidentiality
