Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Delta, BC, Canada, is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for a 2-year contract. Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:30am–6:30pm. You will compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments and direct driver assignments while ensuring documents are accurate and timely.

You’ll work with warehouse and transportation teams, log data into our WMS, handle driver communications, and adapt to varying storage conditions. Competitive wage and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in temperatures in cold/hot storage wearing PPE.
• May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs. (9 kg).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct drivers’ assignments, check-ins, and load-out.
• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to finalize shipping/receiving documents.
• Enter data into the WMS scheduler.

*PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 2 YEAR CONTRACT POSITION*Shift: Monday - Friday 10:30am-6:30pmPay: $19.00-$23.00Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
