Responsibilities

• Your Role:
• Provide exceptional, ongoing support to the Trading team in every aspect of the daily services offered to Citco’s expanding client base. You must be able to clearly demonstrate the ability to prioritize an ever-varying workload in a pressurized, time-sensitive environment.
• Manage document control functions including scanning, faxing, and shipping within established timeframes.
• Produce end-of-day document reconciliation reports for the Trading Department.
• Assist with vault control including recording and handling of all share certificates for CBCAN.
• Manage incoming FATCA queries and respond to investment manager/admin requests for FATCA-compliant tax forms.
• Provide various daily reporting for the Trading Department, including highlighting outstanding swift alerts and escalating them to the appropriate individual.
• Provide downstream administrative support for the Management Team, New Accounts, Finance, and Relationship Managers.
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as required at the manager’s discretion.
