The Citco Banks offer our clients the ability to transact, place cash on deposit, access foreign exchange markets, and loan facilities. About the Team & Business Line :

Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction deposit, foreign exchange, and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres, Citco Bank provides access to best-in-class processes and technology.

As a core member of our Compliance team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across banking services.

Responsibilities

Your Role :

  • Provide exceptional ongoing support to the Trading team in every aspect of the daily services offered to Citco's expanding client base. You must be able to clearly demonstrate the ability to prioritize an ever-varying workload in a pressurized, time-sensitive environment.
  • Manage document control functions, including scanning, faxing, and shipping within established timeframes.
  • Produce end-of-day document reconciliation reports for the Trading Department.
  • Assist with vault control, including recording and handling of all share certificates for CBCAN.
  • Manage incoming FATCA queries and respond to investment manager/admin requests for FATCA-compliant tax forms.
  • Provide various daily reports for the Trading Department, including highlighting outstanding SWIFT alerts and escalating them to the appropriate individual.
  • Provide downstream administrative support for the Management Team, New Accounts, Finance, and Relationship Managers.
  • Perform additional ad hoc duties as may be required at the manager's discretion.

Qualifications

About You :

  • You must have a post-secondary degree or relevant experience in financial services, banking, or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of Financial Markets / Funds Business (would be an advantage).
