Job summary

Impala Canada is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair milling and mining equipment at LDI Mine, located near Thunder Bay. The role requires strong electrical knowledge and hands-on problem solving in an underground environment.

Hoist, DCS and PLC experience are assets. Excellent English communication is essential, and candidates should have at least five years of relevant underground milling experience.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician with a minimum five years’ experience in a milling and underground environment.
• Hoist experience considered an asset.
• Proven experience with DCS and PLC would be considered an asset.
• Verbal and written proficiency of the English language.
