ENTER THE GAME

As a Trader (Overnight Team), reporting to the Head of Sport (Overnight), you will manage the Sportsbook offer (pre-event and In-play) across all Betclic brands and regulated markets. Your goal is to maximize profitability and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will provide first-line Sport Quality control, maintaining the betting offer standards, and lead communication with external providers and third parties regarding the sportsbook offer.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

Your main missions include:

• Following strategic directives and providing relevant feedback on your sports
• Ensuring customers receive high-quality service with competitive coverage and pricing
• Ensuring website content, features, and promotions are correctly displayed and compliant with legal and regulatory standards
• Communicating regularly with departmental heads to align strategies and drive progress
• Collaborating with non-trading departments to coordinate projects and strategies
• Conducting research and analysis on sports trends, markets, and customer activity to identify opportunities and issues
• Providing feedback on trading tools, testing new features, and suggesting improvements
• Managing risk and maintaining sustainable profit margins
• Communicating effectively with the Profiling Team and following departmental policies
• Managing third-party providers in line with business needs
• Reviewing configurations and risk management settings regularly
• Enhancing automated offers with manual and non-provider-driven options
• Ensuring timely responses to customer service and VIP teams
• Adhering to company procedures regarding trading, risk management, and operational policies
• Keeping all Terms & Conditions related to your sports up to date and accurate

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We seek passionate, curious professionals who bring kindness and enthusiasm. This role is suitable if you:

• Have at least 2 years of trading experience
• Possess good knowledge of sports, events, players, and betting markets
• Understand fixed odds, betting exchanges, and betting principles
• Can work unsociable hours (weekends, evenings, holidays) as needed
• Have experience with third-party trading providers
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
