Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Financial Analyst to manage over $2M in annual customer post-audit claims and strengthen trade spend controls. You will validate, reconcile, and dispute deductions in partnership with Sales and Customer Teams, while tracking performance and reporting outcomes.

Responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations, with opportunities to influence negotiations and improve processes across the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with major customers and managing customer deductions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Excel, and Power BI is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage over $2M in post-audit claims annually and ensure accurate validation.
• Reconcile, dispute, and clear deductions in collaboration with Sales and Customer Teams.
• Maintain a post-audit claims tracker and monitor deduction trends.
• Prepare month-end and quarter-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide financial insights to guide negotiations and improve outcomes on deductions.
