Job Description:

This position involves interaction with internal J&J customers (Operating Companies and Business Units) and external transportation providers at all levels of their organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support major RTO projects through data analysis (e.g., Operating Company initiatives, reports, databases). Provide recommendations based on analysis.
  2. Maintain databases used by RTO and RTO suppliers for various transactions.
  3. Update metrics and work to improve and enhance processes using available data.
  4. Lead cost and service improvement initiatives related to transportation and logistics processes.
  5. Complete all assigned training on time.
Qualifications
Education:
  • Candidate must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a BA/BS.
Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Collaboration and team-building skills
  • Basic statistics knowledge
  • Data analytics skills (ability to work with large data sets)
  • Prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency; Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI preferred
  • Proven leadership ability
Preferred:
  • Power BI & Alteryx experience is a plus
Other:
  • No hazardous working conditions
  • Travel: No travel required except for occasional local meetings in NJ or trips to PA DC or manufacturing sites

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

$22 per hour to $51.50 per hour

Additional Pay Transparency Information:

The pay depends on the candidate's program year, discipline, degree, and experience. The position is overtime eligible. Interns/Co-ops may participate in company benefits such as medical insurance, sick leave, holiday pay, and retirement plans. Housing stipends are available for qualifying candidates.
