JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Tractor Operator at our Manitoba sites. The primary function of this role is to operate a tractor, perform maintenance, and conduct routine operational tasks. Reporting to the Bog Manager, the role will maintain safety and quality by ensuring the operation of equipment.

Please note: The Peat Tractor Operator is a weather permitting position.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE:

• Operating heavy machinery such as a tractor with a vacuum harvester or harrows
• Ensuring that machinery, equipment and tools are operational by performing routine and preventative maintenance (i.e. greasing tractor) and cleaning the machinery and equipment.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to work as a part of a small team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends
