In This Key Role, You Will
  1. Advise customers, in person and over the phone, on our vehicle parts and accessories.
  2. Place orders and follow up with customers as needed.
  3. Provide product expertise and relevant parts recommendations.
  4. Create and maintain customer relationships.
Under the hood

To join our team, you need:

  1. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  3. Diploma in parts sales and/or heavy vehicle parts experience (asset).
About The Division

The Heavy Vehicle Parts Division mainly serves the trucking, construction, mining, and forest industries. HVPD is the largest network in the country, with over 100 Traction heavy vehicle parts stores, 3 TW distribution centres, more than 100 TruckPro repair centres, and 3 Cadel specialized parts distribution centres coast to coast.
