Title: Tower Support System Administrators (Level 2)

Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Tower Support System Administrators (Level 2) for our Federal Government client.

Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Application Support (including MS365 (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Sharepoint))
  2. Workstation Support (laptop/desktop, docking stations, monitors, etc.)
  3. Network Printer Support
  4. Peripheral Support (including standalone printers, label makers, etc)
  5. Network Connectivity Support
  6. Telephony Support (both desk side telephones and Smartphones (IOS, Android))
  7. IM/IT Advice and Guidance
  8. Office Moves (IT Aspects)
  9. Performing initial analysis and triage of incidents, requests and problems using IT Service Management Software (BMC Remedy)
  10. Actioning/Updating/Tracking/Completing client ITSM Service Requests
  11. Incident Escalation
  12. Email Support
  13. VCNet Support (Video Conferencing)
  14. Remote Access Support (VPN, Citrix issues, etc.)
  15. Special events (temporary office setup)
  16. Cyclical replacements and disposal
  17. Laptop Loan
  18. Polycom conference set loans
  19. Support for teleworks
  20. Laptop Rebuilds
  21. Password support for various IT systems
  22. RSA Token support
  23. iPad setup/advice/guidance
  24. Desktop Builds
  25. Working and collaborating in a team environment
